How do I redeem my discount?

After you purchase your Trading Combine® credits, you will have the option to start the Trading Combine immediately or redeem it in the future. If you choose to redeem it in the future, you will see a banner on your dashboard (shown below) indicating that you have Trading Combine credits available. You have up to 365 days from the date of purchase to start a Trading Combine.

If you purchase a Reset bundle, you will see those credits automatically applied at the time you checkout. If at any point, you have any questions about the credits available, please feel free to contact Trader Support at support@topstep.com

Can I purchase more than one of these offers?

Yes, you can purchase multiple Trading Combine + Monthly Reset deals or multiple Trading Combine Reset Bundles. The Reset Bundles will automatically apply when you choose to reset your Trading Combine. You can choose to use your Trading Combine + Monthly Reset credits at any point before they expire (365 days from the date of purchase). If you have multiple credits available, you will be asked which you prefer to redeem at that point.

What happens if I cancel my Trading Combine and Monthly Reset subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will lose the discounted rate for any future Trading Combine purchases, as well as the recurring Reset that was tied to that particular subscription. You can, at any point, restart a subscription at the full price.

What happens if I cancel my Trading Combine with Reset Bundle credits that are still available?

If you cancel your Trading Combine and you have Reset Bundle credits available, you keep your Reset credits for any future use. Your Reset credits will remain available for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Do I have to use the credits immediately?

No. You have 365 days from the date of purchase to start a Trading Combine using your Trading Combine or Reset credits.

Can I apply the Trading Combine + Monthly Reset credit to an account I already purchased?

No, the Trading Combine + Monthly Reset cannot be applied to existing subscriptions. You can, however, have more than one subscription running at one point. If you have an existing subscription that you would like to exchange for the Trading Combine + Monthly Reset, you would need to cancel your existing subscription, forfeit any progress made and start a new subscription from Step 1.

Can I purchase multiple accounts using the discount?

Yes. You can purchase as many Trading Combine + Monthly Reset accounts or Reset Bundles as you like before the offer ends. Since you have 365 days from your date of purchase to use the Trading Combine credit, you can purchase multiple Trading Combine + Monthly Reset to use during that time.

Will I get this same discount if I cancel and sign up in the future?

No. This is a limited-time offer and is not available throughout the year.
