If you are looking to cancel due to technical issues, we ask that you please contact our US-based Trader Support Team. Trading can be stressful enough, and we understand that issues with your platform can only intensify this anxiety. We support many different platforms as a benefit to our community and may not know every intricacy of each platform. However, we will always do our best to help solve any issues and troubleshoot with our partners directly. If you would still like to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from your dashboard. Just go to your dashboard and select My Profile -> Billing. On the billing page you can hover over the active account you would like to cancel and click the three vertical dots on the right-hand side. At that time, you will be able to select 'cancel subscription' and the reason you would like to cancel. Once completed, you will see a screen confirming the last day the account will be open. We’ll be sorry to see you leave, but wish you the best going forward.
