All of our usernames and passwords are case sensitive. In the credentials email that you have received, you can confirm if your username and/or password is being entered correctly. For Tradovate users, the username is most often all lowercase.
For Tradovate users, one of the easiest fixes to not being able to log in is to reset your password. If you are having issues resetting your password please contact our support team and we'd be happy to help!
Login issues often stem from the data feed that your platform is connected with. For instance, NinjaTrader uses Rithmic Data and Tradovate uses CQG data. Since the data feeds are different you can’t use the same credentials to connect to both platforms. You can use the chart here to learn more about our compatible platforms.
When starting a Trading Combine® with a new platform you may need to complete data agreements again. Your account and username will not be created until these agreements are completed. The easiest way to check if you need to complete these agreements is to log into your dashboard and complete the forms. For CTS accounts you will need to use your credentials and follow the instructions here and complete the agreements there.
Accounts connected to the CTS data feed take longer to create than others. You should receive your credentials within one business day of resetting or creating your account. If you are using T4 you may need to wait to trade.
Wrong Platform Selected
Please double check that the platform that you are attempting to connect to is the one that was selected at checkout. You can double-check which platform you signed up for by hovering over the information icon, shown below.
